Placing Orders
Once the completion of checkout is made on our website you agree that as long as payment has been processed successfully our team can start preparing your order for dispatch. When ordering before 11 AM, Monday to Friday our team aim to dispatch your order the same working day.
Cancelling Orders
In the unlikely event you wish to cancel your order after the goods have left us you will have to await delivery and then return to us at 8 Sunfield Crescent, Lincoln LN60LL.In this event the buyer will pay for the return postage costs using Tracked option and sending the Tracking number via email.Please include all paperwork from the package as well as ensuring no products have been used and are in good re-saleable condition.
Goods you cannot return
We do not accept returns of products which have been opened or show signs of use.
Faulty Goods
The Consumer Rights Act means any products you buy must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
We provide 30 days from you receiving the product to make a claim to us for a faulty product. The easiest way to report a faulty product is to email jacquie.styles@sudsandbucket.com
We may ask you to provide photographic proof for the damage/faulty item. In the event it needs to be returned to us we will ask you to post us the product and reimburse the cost of postage once a receipt of postage has been sent to us.
